Paul's Pythagoras Growing Post

What is a Pythagorean Triple?
a Pythagorean Triple is a right triangle
which involve 2 legs, which are A and B,
and the hypotenuse which is the C, and
it uses a formula of a²+b²=c²

Problem B
You’ve just picked up a ground ball at first base, and you see the other team’s player running towards third base. How far do you have to throw the ball to get it from first base to third base,
and throw the runner out?

Since they had to throw from 1st base to 3rd base. When you put a line across you can see the triangle. Once you can see the triangle you can be able to figure out the answer for the question.

Ash wanted to catch a Treecko, but it was all the way on the top of the tree. The tree was 6m tall. Ash was 4m away from the tree and from the pokeball down was 250cm. How far does Ash have to throw his pokeball for him to get the Treecko?
